Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. Must have skills : ESRI ArcGIS Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet their needs and expectations. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the overall quality of the software being developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience with software configuration management tools. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
