Role Description The Curriculum Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at Shreeka International in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for designing, reviewing, and updating curriculum plans to align with the school’s educational philosophy and learning outcomes. The Curriculum Coordinator collaborates with teachers to develop lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessment methods that support diverse learning needs. Daily tasks include monitoring implementation of the curriculum in classrooms, providing guidance and training to educators, and ensuring that instructional materials meet quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with school leadership on academic initiatives, analyzing student performance data, and recommending improvements to teaching strategies and program offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in curriculum and curriculum development, with experience designing and implementing age-appropriate learning programs.
- Background in education, including formal training or relevant degree in Education or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated educational leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support teaching teams and influence academic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, school leadership, and families, and for documenting curriculum and policies clearly.
- Experience in school-based or early childhood educational settings, preferably in curriculum coordination or academic administration.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools used for planning, assessment, and communication.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practices and ongoing professional development.
