Western Hills Country Club is seeking a reliable individual to assist with daily golf course setup. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, independently, and has a strong understanding of the game of golf.

Schedule

Three to four days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (some Saturdays)
4–5 hours per shift (early mornings)

Position Responsibilities (training provided)

Set up the golf course for daily play on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Change hole locations using a HiO XAct hole cutter
Move tee markers to promote turf health while staying within scorecard guidelines
Empty trash receptacles around the course
Work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Golf experience is a strong plus and helpful for understanding course setup, hole locations, and tee placements
Capable of performing labor-intensive tasks efficiently
Ability to work early in the mornings
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
