At Myna Kitchen, we are rebuilding the everyday food subscription model from the ground up. We don't just cook food; we engineer it.
Because we feed customers daily, our biggest enemy is boredom. We operate on a hyperlocal model where each kitchen serves a dynamic menu tailored specifically to the shifting demographics of that local neighborhood.
We are looking for a Culinary Product Manager - someone who thinks like an analytical product manager but creates like a chef.
You will own our entire food product end-to-end.
What You’ll Own (Responsibilities)
- Hyperlocal Menu Engineering : Design and manage a massive, non-repeating weekly menu matrix across different outlets, tailoring dishes dynamically based on neighborhood demographics and preferences.
- Preventing "Subscription Boredom" : Continuously innovate the everyday meal rotation so that long-term subscribers never experience food fatigue.
- Macro & Nutrition Architecture : Ensure every subscription plan perfectly hits its target nutritional profiles, macros, and calorie counts without sacrificing taste.
- Strict Cost & Portion Control : Standardize recipes down to the exact gram to guarantee that predicted food costs accurately match real-world kitchen execution.
- Data-Driven Iteration : Constantly audit customer feedback loops, rating data, and plates-returned metrics to instantly iterate and fix underperforming dishes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment : Work tightly with our procurement and on-site kitchen operations teams to ensure your menu designs are operationally feasible and don't break the supply chain.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Culinary R&D, Menu Development, or Food Product Management (ideally within cloud kitchens, meal subscription brands, or tech-first QSRs).
- A formal background in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Food Science—but paired with a heavily analytical mindset.
- A strong grip on kitchen math: You know recipe costing, food cost percentages, yield management, and batch-scaling like the back of your hand.
- Obsession with data: You don't just rely on your own palate; you rely on customer data, feedback trends, and demographic behavior to decide what goes on the menu.
- Startup Speed: You thrive in fast-paced environments where ideas go from a kitchen trial to a live customer's plate in days, not months.
