Job Description

SLCA seeks an experienced CSR Consultant to develop and implement Corporate Social Responsibility strategies, compliance programs, and sustainability reporting for our corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop CSR policies and strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with CSR provisions under the Companies Act 2013.
• Manage CSR project implementation and beneficiary coordination.
• Prepare CSR annual reports and disclosures.
• Conduct social impact assessments and audits.
• Advise on eligible CSR activities and expenditure planning.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Social Work, MBA, or related field.
• Knowledge of Companies Act 2013 Schedule VII CSR provisions.
• Experience in NGO management or CSR implementation preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
