CSPD Quality Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Quality Supervisor within the Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD).

The post holder will have specific responsibility for providing quality assurance support, ensuring continual compliance with ISO 13485:2016, ultimately assisting the department manager to provide an efficient and effective service to all users of CSPD within the hospital. Working in accordance with the department’s quality system, the post holder will provide detailed reports and conduct internal audits, whilst also contributing effectively within the CSPD team to ensure User demands are met.

Applicants Must

• Previous relevant experience in Sterile Services
• Previous experience working within a Quality Management System.
• Previous experience working in document control.
• Understand and continually demonstrate compliance with the requirements of ISO13485:2016 Medical Devices
• Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate clear decision making, communication and teaching skills.
• Have successfully completed or is willing to work towards a CQI/IRCA certified Internal Auditor qualification.
