Job Description
Experience : 6+ Years Location : Anywhere Work Mode : Hybrid technical skills: *Should have worked on CSM/FSM workspace including configuration and customizations *Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Glide APIs. *Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. *Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations. *Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. *Experience with Service Portal development and customization. Certifications: *ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) is highly preferred. Soft skills: *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. *Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
