Job Description
Job Role - Provide excellent customer service to ensure great shopping experiences Maintain product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and product selections Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Handle customer issues, returns, and exchanges effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and customer service goals. Ensure compliance with store policies and uphold company standards in retail operations. Work days - 6 days a week weekly off will be between Mon to Fri 1 day off Saturday and Sunday will be working days Qualifications - 10+2 minimum
