Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Crusher/Plant Operators to operate and maintain crushing and screening equipment in a quarry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate crushing and screening plants.
• Monitor production processes.
• Control material feed.
• Safely clear blockages.
• Perform routine maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating fixed or mobile crushing and screening plants in a quarry, mining, or construction materials environment.
• Hands-on experience operating jaw, cone, and/or impact crushers, with a strong understanding of crushing processes and production flow.
• Knowledge of feed control, material sizing, screening operations, and safe handling of production equipment.
• Ability to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous plant operation and minimize downtime.
• Familiarity with safe clearing of blockages, equipment shutdown procedures, and adherence to standard operating practices.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to follow safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Physically fit and medically capable of working in an outdoor quarry environment and performing manual tasks when required.
• Professional attitude, good teamwork skills, and willingness to work in a multicultural international environment.
• Willing to relocate to Ukraine and comply with company onboarding, visa, and work permit requirements.
