Cruise Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Cruise Consultant to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations by providing expert advice, personalized recommendations, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals.
• Recommend suitable cruise itineraries, cruise lines, cabins, onboard packages, and shore excursions.
• Manage the end-to-end booking process, including reservations, payments, documentation, and confirmations.
• Provide accurate information regarding cruise policies, visa requirements, travel insurance, and onboard experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Resolve customer queries, booking modifications, cancellations, and service issues professionally.
• Stay updated on cruise products, promotions, destinations, and industry trends through supplier training and certifications.
• Coordinate with cruise suppliers, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in cruise sales, travel consulting, or the travel and tourism industry.
• Knowledge of major cruise lines, destinations, and cruise products..
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
