You will be responsible for sales and CRM-related solutions within Siemens Energy, focusing on development, architectural topics, and project leadership. Your main focus will be on the Salesforce.com platform, where you will lead initiatives that drive our success and innovation. How You?ll Make An Impact Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including business representatives, external vendors, and internal partners. Contribute actively within our Salesforce architecture group to enhance our systems. Support internal business units by gathering their requirements and crafting user stories. Promote cross-organizational collaboration to foster a unified approach to CRM solutions. Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality outcomes. What You Bring A Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or solution architect, ideally utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud. Proven interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration. Experience working in an international, intercultural environment, showcasing adaptability. Demonstrated delivery experience across multiple countries and locations. Salesforce certifications and Copado experience are a plus. A background in Business Analysis or Project Management is beneficial.
