Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Head Real Estate, located in Naldehra, Shimla. The CRM Head will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving client retention. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing property management, facility management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain high standards of service. The CRM Head will also develop strategies to enhance client experiences and drive growth within the estate. Qualifications Experience in Property Management and Facility Management (FM) skills Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate Proficiency in Finance related to real estate projects Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred Previous experience working in a similar role within the real estate industry is a plus BBA's (Builder Buyer Agreement) ATS (Agreement to Sale) 118
