πΉ Job Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM & Front Desk Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for complaint registration, CRM ticket management, and material inwardβoutward coordination.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
β Handle incoming service calls & register complaints in CRM
β Create & monitor CRM tickets (AMC / Non-AMC)
β Follow up with technical teams for timely resolution
β Coordinate material inward & outward with proper documentation
β Communicate with customers & vendors for updates and timelines
β Maintain accurate records, files & scanned documents
πΉ Required Skills & Qualifications
π Graduate in any stream
π» Basic knowledge of CRM software & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
π¦ Understanding of material handling & documentation
π£οΈ Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
π§ Strong follow-up, multitasking & attention to detail
