🔹 Job Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM & Front Desk Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for complaint registration, CRM ticket management, and material inward–outward coordination.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle incoming service calls & register complaints in CRM

✅ Create & monitor CRM tickets (AMC / Non-AMC)

✅ Follow up with technical teams for timely resolution

✅ Coordinate material inward & outward with proper documentation

✅ Communicate with customers & vendors for updates and timelines

✅ Maintain accurate records, files & scanned documents

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Graduate in any stream

💻 Basic knowledge of CRM software & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

📦 Understanding of material handling & documentation

🗣️ Excellent communication & customer-handling skills

🧠 Strong follow-up, multitasking & attention to detail
