We are looking for a CRM & Front Desk Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for complaint registration, CRM ticket management, and material inward–outward coordination.

 

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities

 

βœ… Handle incoming service calls & register complaints in CRM

βœ… Create & monitor CRM tickets (AMC / Non-AMC)

βœ… Follow up with technical teams for timely resolution

βœ… Coordinate material inward & outward with proper documentation

βœ… Communicate with customers & vendors for updates and timelines

βœ… Maintain accurate records, files & scanned documents
