Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Rajkot

Department: Sales / Marketing / Customer Success / Operations

Reports To: CRM Manager / Marketing Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer data, drive engagement, and support the sales and marketing teams in improving customer relationships. The ideal candidate will maintain the CRM system, analyze customer data, execute campaigns, and ensure smooth communication and lead management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and prospect information.

Monitor and track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Support the sales and marketing teams in campaign execution and lead management.

Generate reports and dashboards for management on customer trends, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for sales growth and customer retention.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Assist in training sales/marketing teams on CRM usage and best practices.

Qualifications Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

1+ years of experience as a CRM Executive, CRM Coordinator, or Sales Support Executive.

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Basic understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns.
