CRM Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Coordinator, located in Delhi, India. The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for managing the organization’s CRM system, organizing sales and marketing data, and identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships. This role includes monitoring customer interactions, analyzing data trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Supporting the sales team via data-driven insights and ensuring the accuracy of customer information are also key responsibilities.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret CRM data and identify actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a proven ability to support relationship-building efforts and develop strategies
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or interior design industry is an added advantage
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
