Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site CRM Backend Sales role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships, analyzing sales data, supporting backend sales processes, and working collaboratively with the sales team. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, ensuring efficient CRM processes, contributing to strategic sales initiatives, and supporting project execution to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales experience
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Project Management for organizing sales operations and improving workflow
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track progress, and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or related field
