We are looking for a highly skilled CRM & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize CRM systems and business automation workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, workflow automation tools, API integrations, and AI-powered solutions. This role involves building scalable CRM ecosystems, automating business processes, integrating multiple SaaS applications, and improving operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer support teams. 

• Design, implement, customize, and maintain CRM platforms based on business requirements.
• Build and manage sales pipelines, lead management systems, customer lifecycle workflows, and automation processes.
• Develop advanced automation workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n.
• Create custom CRM applications and internal business tools using Lovable and Base44.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code and other AI-powered development tools.
• Integrate CRM platforms with websites, landing pages, forms, payment gateways, email marketing platforms, and communication tools.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth Authentication, and Postman.
• Configure and manage WhatsApp Business API, Meta Developers App, and Meta Graph API integrations.
• Automate lead assignment, follow-ups, reminders, notifications, approvals, and reporting workflows.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CRM performance and business metrics.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Troubleshoot automation failures, integration issues, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Document automation workflows, system architecture, and integration processes.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new automation technologies to improve business efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM implementation, workflow automation, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM customization and automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and OAuth authentication.
• Experience working with no-code and low-code automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
