Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role located in Chennai. The Crew Member will perform daily tasks such as assisting customers with orders, preparing and serving ice cream sundaes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the parlour, and ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment. The role also involves handling transactions, restocking supplies, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality service to customers.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
• A friendly personality with the ability to handle high-pressure environments calmly and efficiently.
• Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
