Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role based in Kanpur. Crew Members help with daily store operations, including preparing and assembling pizzas according to brand standards, operating baking equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and customer areas. The role involves taking orders, assisting customers with menu queries, handling billing and packaging, and coordinating with delivery partners when needed. Crew Members follow food safety and hygiene guidelines, support inventory checks, and ensure that each order is served accurately and on time. Teamwork, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing a friendly and efficient customer experience are essential.
Qualifications

  • Ability to handle basic food preparation, follow recipes, and operate kitchen equipment safely.
  • Strong focus on hygiene, food safety practices, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Customer service skills, including clear communication, polite interaction, and problem-solving.
  • Teamwork and reliability, with the ability to follow instructions and support colleagues during busy hours.
  • Basic numeracy and attention to detail for managing orders, billing, and portion control.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
  • Previous experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • High school education or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training will be provided.
