The Role
you will enable the effective functioning of the Credit Risk Management by providing high-quality operational, administrative, and system support across the credit lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate data, timely execution, and strict compliance with credit policies, supporting seamless processing of credit decisions including limit setups, terms maintenance, and documentation management. Working in close coordination with credit analysts, country business teams, and 3PSPs, you will play a vital role in maintaining process efficiency, data integrity, and audit readiness, contributing to a robust and scalable credit operations model.

The Role

Working in close coordination with credit analysts, country business teams, and 3PSPs, you will play a vital role in maintaining process efficiency, data integrity, and audit readiness, contributing to a robust and scalable credit operations model.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Credit Policy Compliance Support
- Ensure all activities adhere to defined credit policies and controls
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
- Support credit activities including onboarding, limit updates, and approvals processing
- Perform system updates in SAP / credit management tools
- Maintain accurate customer master data, credit limits, and terms
- Validate completeness and accuracy of documentation
- Execute approved changes to credit limits and payment terms
- Track pending approvals and ensure timely completion
- Generate reports on credit exposure, utilization, and approvals
- Support analysts with required data insights
- Act as first-level contact for internal teams and external service providers
- Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of queries
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- 5+ years in Credit Risk / O2C / Finance.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, credit frameworks, and financial analytics
- Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical IT requirements and business-facing customer service needs.
