Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirupati for a Credit Card Sales Executive. The Credit Card Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting HDFC Bank's credit card products, and effectively communicating the features and benefits to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers and communicate effectively about products.
  • Knowledge of financial products, specifically credit cards, and willingness to stay updated on market trends.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills for fostering strong relationships with customers and resolving queries effectively.
  • Relevant experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
  • Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
