Role Description

  • Conceptualization and Idea Generation: Brainstorming and generating ideas for creative projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Creative Strategy: Developing and executing strategic plans for creative projects and campaigns
  • Strong Writing Skills: Building and writing “sellable” narratives to devise campaign strategy; and translating it into a well-constructed structure
  • Presentation Skills: Adeptness at Microsoft Powerpoint (preferably) and/or other presentation tools to create visually appealing and engaging presentations with the right references/moodboards
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including client servicing, design, and ensuring that creative projects are aligned and consistent to overall campaign objectives. Managing day to day communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members
  • Quality Control: Reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure that it meets the agency's quality standards and is aligned with overall campaign goals and objectives
  • Effectiveness: Measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of creative initiatives and campaigns and suggesting changes wherever required
  • Timeline Management: Managing resource allocation effectively, and ensuring that projects are delivered within expected timelines


Qualifications

  • Experience required: 1-3 years in events industry
  • Strong foundation in Creative Strategy and Brand Strategy, with experience translating insights into impactful concepts.
  • Proficiency in Creative Direction and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams toward cohesive, brand-aligned execution.
  • Excellent Writing skills for briefs, presentations, and narrative storytelling across campaigns and brand experiences.
  • Advanced Research capabilities, including qualitative and quantitative methods, trend analysis, and audience understanding.
  • Prior experience in brand experience, advertising, or integrated marketing agencies is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, creative environment in Delhi.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, design, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
