Role Description We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can transform business objectives into compelling content ideas, campaign concepts, and engaging social media strategies.
This role goes beyond content writing. You will be responsible for identifying trends, developing creative concepts, building content frameworks, creating powerful hooks, and ensuring every brand stands out through meaningful and engaging content.
You will work closely with Social Media Associates, Designers, Editors, Videographers, and Managers to bring creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly content themes and content strategies for client brands.
Create content pillars based on brand positioning and audience behaviour.
Research industry-specific trends and opportunities.
Creative Ideation
- Generate unique content concepts and campaign ideas.
- Develop viral and high-engagement content formats.
- Create storytelling-driven content that builds brand value.
- Ensure every client receives at least one standout creative concept regularly.
Script & Content Development
- Write reel concepts, scripts, hooks, talking points, and content briefs.
- Develop engaging social media captions and campaign messaging.
- Create content frameworks for founders, doctors, business owners, and brand representatives.
Trend Research
- Track emerging trends across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Identify content opportunities relevant to various industries.
- Present weekly trend reports and creative inspiration to internal teams.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with videographers during content planning.
- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure high-quality execution.
- Guide teams on visual storytelling and creative direction.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, advertising, digital marketing, or social media.
- Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing content concepts, campaigns, scripts, or creative work.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent storytelling and content writing skills.
- Ability to generate original ideas consistently.
- Understanding of consumer psychology and audience behaviour.
- Strong research and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube content, LinkedIn content, and short-form storytelling.
- Ability to convert business objectives into creative content ideas.
