Budget - 10,00,000 - 13,00,000/Annum

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Lead and drive end-to-end business development strategy
• Bring strong experience working with or within creative agencies
• Confidently close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships
• Identify growth opportunities and scale revenue channels
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to align business with vision

What we’re looking for:

• 5-7 years of experience in BD/Sales (preferably in creative, marketing, branding, or advertising space)
• Deep understanding of the creative ecosystem
• Proven track record of closing leads and driving revenue
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
