About The Opportunity

A creative role within the digital entertainment and OTT content production sector, focused on developing and delivering original scripted web series for Indian and global streaming platforms. The team combines narrative-first creative development with rigorous production execution to launch high-quality episodic content that performs on OTT and social channels.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of scripted web series: manage development, pre-production, shoot, and post-production to deliver episodes on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with writers, showrunners and directors to shape scripts, refine story arcs and translate creative vision into production plans.
• Create and maintain production budgets, schedules and call sheets; supervise vendor negotiations, location logistics and crew hiring.
• Oversee casting coordination, talent relations and contract execution in partnership with legal and talent managers.
• Manage post-production workflows: editorial, sound design, color grading and deliverables for OTT platforms; ensure technical and creative quality control.
• Provide on-set leadership and problem-solving, driving day-to-day execution while maintaining creative standards and safety protocols.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven track record producing scripted web series or episodic digital content for OTT platforms.
• Strong experience in production budgeting, cost control and schedule management for multi-episode shoots.
• Hands-on familiarity with on-set operations and crew coordination for narrative shoots.
• Practical knowledge of post-production processes and deliverables for streaming platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management—ability to collaborate with creative leads, talent and external vendors.
• Ability to work on-site in India and travel to locations as required.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience working with major OTT platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, etc.).
• Prior credit as a producer or associate producer on successful web series.
• Familiarity with legal/talent negotiation basics and IP clearances for digital content.
