Job Description

Create, Lead and Present concept pitch materials.
Conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for event and visual content
Compose and edit scripts, or provide writers with story outlines from which scripts can be written.
Collaborating with clients and team members to understand project requirements and ensure the final product meets expectations.
Collaborating with other team members including post team, prod team, and production crew to bring the scripts to life.
Overseeing the post-production process, including editing and finalizing the videos.
Directing video shoots and providing creative direction to the production team is a plus.
Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring the final product meets their expectations.

Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in video or event production (typically 1-3 years).
Experience with project management and team leadership.
Familiarity with various stages of production, from pre-production to post-production.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of creative professionals.
Organizational Skills:
Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail in both creative and technical aspects.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of graphic design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, to create and edit graphics for pitch presentations.
Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc).
Knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques.
Understanding of sound recording and editing.
