Role Description

The Creative & Performance Manager (D2C - Meta Ads) will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to drive customer acquisition and brand growth. Responsibilities include creating and managing creative ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization strategies. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with broader marketing goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in performance management to track key performance indicators and ensure campaigns align with business objectives
  • Experience in designing and providing training sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Familiarity with budgeting and managing digital advertising spend efficiently
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in D2C brands and e-commerce will be an added advantage
