Job Summary: We?re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager with 2?5 years of experience to lead the development and execution of engaging, on-brand marketing campaigns. You?ll oversee content creation, collaborate across teams, and ensure that all marketing assets reflect our brand identity and drive results. This is a hands-on, strategic, and creative role that bridges design, content, and marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership & Project Management Manage and support a small team of creatives (designers, writers, freelancers). Guide the development of digital content, including social media, website assets, email campaigns, and paid media. Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and briefs. Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative outputs with business goals. Oversee timelines and coordinate cross-functional input to deliver projects on time. Present and pitch creative ideas internally and contribute to strategy sessions. Content & Campaign Development Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns from idea to launch. Contribute to copywriting, visual direction, and content planning. Support digital growth through creative storytelling and asset optimization. Analysis & Improvement Track performance of campaigns using analytics tools. Apply data insights to refine future creative and marketing efforts. Stay informed on design trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing innovations. Qualifications: 2?5 years of experience in marketing or creative roles, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment. Experience leading or collaborating with creative teams or freelancers. Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to craft creative marketing content across platforms. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing principles. Nice to Have: Experience in video content creation or basic editing.
