Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Creative Head to lead the overall brand identity, visual communication, and creative strategy for Vignan Schools. The ideal candidate will drive creative excellence across digital, print, events, admissions campaigns, and campus branding while managing a team of designers, video editors, photographers, and creative professionals.
This role requires a strong combination of creative vision, leadership, project management, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the Vignan Schools brand identity across all campuses and communication channels.
- Develop creative strategies for admissions, scholarship campaigns, events, academic achievements, and institutional branding.
- Lead campaign ideation and concept development for marketing initiatives.
- Manage and mentor graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative team members.
- Conduct weekly brainstorming sessions and allocate creative projects effectively.
- Review, approve, and ensure quality control of all creative deliverables before leadership review.
- Develop storyboards and creative briefs for promotional videos and campaigns.
- Design creative experiences for Annual Day, Sports Day, Graduation Day, Literary Week, Exhibitions, MUN, and other institutional events.
- Oversee campus branding, social media creatives, website visuals, print materials, and marketing collateral.
- Create reusable design systems, templates, and workflows to improve productivity and maintain brand consistency.
- Support the Admissions, Marketing, CRM, and Social Media teams with high-quality creative assets.
- Coordinate with leadership to execute large-scale branding and advertising initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in creative leadership, branding, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign development, digital creatives, print, and event design.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, storytelling, and brand communication.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.
- Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
