Job Description
Location: Hybrid (2 Days WFO, 4 Days WFH) — [Kolkata]
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a creative designer who understands performance marketing.
Your primary role will be to create high-converting ad creatives and visual assets for our D2C brand. If you enjoy creating scroll-stopping ads, product mockups, and engaging brand visuals, this role is for you.
Split: roughly 70% design, 30% video editing.
Design (Primary)
- Meta ad creatives (static + carousel)
- Product mockups for ads and website
- Social media posts and carousels
- YouTube thumbnails
- Brand Assets
Video Editing
- Short-form ad creatives (Reels/Shorts format)
- Brand Story Videos
- Product demo edits
- UGC-style ad cuts
Required:
- Canva (must be fast and confident)
- Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- AI tools
- Good to have:
- CorelDraw
- After Effects, Motion Graphics
- 1–2 years of experience
- Understands the difference between a pretty poster and a converting ad
- Can execute fast — we move quickly
- Has seen enough D2C/e-commerce content to know what works
