Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand visual content for social media, campaigns, and client projects.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and graphics in line with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Collaborate with content, video, and marketing teams to elevate the visual output.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas that enhance the creative strategy.
• Stay updated with design trends, digital formats, and platform-specific visual nuances.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining both quality and speed.
  
  

Requirements

• 1– 3 years of experience in graphic design (internship or agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus) along with integrating AI in design workflow
• Prior marketing agency experience is an added advantage.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for creativity and originality.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute actively to a creative team.
• Open to working from the office 5 days a week (South Delhi).
