Location: Surat, Gujarat (primarily on-site; partial remote only for exceptional candidates ) Company: Neelkamal Industries (Textiles: ribbons, laces, greige fabrics) We?re a no-frills, execution-first team. We need a design-thinking creator?operator who can shoot , craft , and publish world-class visuals and product content?and own the look of our portfolio across marketplaces and social. What you?ll own Create from scratch: Plan and shoot product photos & short videos in person (studio & ambient), edit for color accuracy, consistency, and speed. Make visuals compelling: Build 3D renders , infographics (size/color/texture callouts), hero images, and clean spec blocks. Catalog excellence: Publish and maintain 1,000+ SKUs on Alibaba and IndiaMART (clean attributes, variants, pricing units, bulk uploads). PDF catalogs: Design full-scale, printable product catalog PDFs and update them on a release cadence. Social that converts (add-on): Plan Instagram/Meta Shop & Pinterest content (captions, carousels, shorts) that redirects to our website ; maintain a simple content calendar. Leads & replies (add-on): Triage and reply to inbound marketplace/social inquiries with clear, buyer-friendly messages. Ads & metrics (add-on): Basic Meta ads planning/spend, UTM hygiene, and simple dashboards to track CTR/leads. Outcomes (clear & time-bound) 90 days: 300+ SKUs live (?3 images each), style guide shipped (lighting, naming, file sizes), PDF catalog v1 released, social templates live. 180 days: 700+ SKUs live, catalog accuracy >98%, steady social ? site clicks, defect queue <2% of listings. 12 months: 1,000+ SKUs maintained with refresh cadence, image/copy A/B tests improving CTR/lead quality. Must-haves 2?5 years hands-on in product content/catalog (e-com or B2B). Strong photography (color-critical textiles), Photoshop/Lightroom , and Illustrator for infographics. Working 3D skills (Blender/KeyShot/C4D) and ability to make clean material shaders for fabric. English copy that?s concise, accurate, and buyer-oriented. Excel/Sheets for CSV bulk uploads, attribute mapping, and simple dashboards. Independent, opinionated about quality, and able to see tasks through end-to-end . Nice-to-haves Alibaba/IndiaMART backend familiarity; Meta Shop/Pinterest workflows; basic product video (15?30s loops); Figma; simple Meta Ads Manager experience.
