Role- CPU Benchmarking Engineer Experience- 3 to 8 years Location- Hyderabad Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CPU Benchmarking Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPU benchmarking, with specific expertise in SPECint, power measurements, Core Sight, and performance monitoring counters. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute CPU benchmarking tests, including SPECint and power measurements. Analyze and interpret benchmarking results to provide insights into CPU performance and power efficiency. Utilize CoreSight and performance monitoring counters to gather detailed performance data. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize CPU performance and power consumption. Develop and maintain benchmarking tools and scripts. Stay up-to-date with the latest benchmarking methodologies and industry standards. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on benchmarking results and findings. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of benchmarking processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in CPU benchmarking, including SPECint and power measurements. Strong knowledge of CPU architecture and performance analysis. Expertise in CoreSight and performance monitoring counters. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl. Familiarity with benchmarking tools and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other benchmarking suites and tools. Knowledge of power management techniques and tools. Familiarity with hardware performance counters and profiling tools.
