About the Company

We are building a focused, high-impact business in the India market within the ADHD care and support space. Our goal is to create a scalable, high-quality offering that combines strong clinical outcomes with a robust operational and commercial model. The India role will be critical in establishing and growing this presence from the ground up.

Role Overview – India Lead (Director / Country Head level)

This role will be responsible for setting up, scaling, and leading the India business. It is a high-ownership position with end-to-end responsibility across operations, team building, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the India market launch and scale-up (0$B"*(B1 and beyond)
• Own P&L, revenue growth, and overall business performance
• Build and lead cross-functional teams (operations, commercial, support)
• Establish processes, systems, and partnerships locally
• Act as the face of the organization in India, managing key stakeholders
• Work closely with global leadership on strategy and execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15+ yrs of experience with strong exposure to building or scaling businesses in India
• Proven P&L ownership and experience in revenue-driven environments
• Background in high-growth startups, healthcare, consumer, SaaS, or similar sectors
• Strong execution orientation with a hands-on approach
• Demonstrated ability to hire and build high-performing teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

• Strong understanding of India market dynamics, including regulatory and operational complexities
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with on-ground execution
• High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability
