Role Description

As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing professional guidance and support to prospective students in their educational decision-making journey. Key responsibilities include interacting with students to understand their career goals, providing information about course offerings, assisting in the enrollment process, and addressing inquiries. Counselors will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with students and ensuring they have a seamless learning experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Telangana, India.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and address their queries.
• Familiarity with educational programs related to accounting, finance, or professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
• Sales and counseling skills to guide prospective students in aligning their career goals with the right educational programs.
• Organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, online portals, and communication tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, business, or a related field. Prior experience in academic counseling or student services is highly advantageous.
