💼 Position: Cost Controller

⏳ Experience: 10–15 Years

💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (based on experience)

⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor food, beverage & operational costs

• Control inventory, wastage & variances

• Review supplier pricing & purchase orders

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cost reports

• Coordinate with kitchen, stores & finance

• Menu costing, budgeting & forecasting

• Ensure audit & internal control compliance

✅ Requirements:

• Strong experience in hotel/café cost control

• Expertise in F&B cost management & inventory

• Vendor coordination & cost analysis skills
