Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Cost Control & Audit Executive (F&B) based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves tracking and managing food and beverage costs, preparing detailed audit reports, and ensuring outlet compliance on hygiene standards. The individual will analyze financial statements, monitor expenditures, and provide insights to optimize operational efficiency. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to enhance cost-saving measures and maintaining accurate financial records are key responsibilities. The candidate needs to regularly visit outlets to conduct surprise audits and monitor inventory irregularities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in performing Inventory audits and mapping irregularities in stock
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Thorough knowledge of Excel, Word & PPT
• Basic Accounting Skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with F&B industry operations is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Or MBA in finance
