Corporate Trainer – Security Testing (Cyber Security)

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Corporate Trainer – Cyber Security & Security Testing with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, penetration testing, and security operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in delivering technical training programs and mentoring professionals on modern cyber threats, security assessments, and defensive and offensive security techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, and Security Testing.
• Conduct hands-on labs and demonstrations covering real-world attack and defense scenarios.
• Train participants on Web Application Security, Active Directory Security, Windows & Linux Security, and Privilege Escalation techniques.
• Deliver sessions on Red Teaming concepts, post-exploitation techniques, and security best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance training content, lab environments, and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack methodologies.

Required Skills

• Web Application Security (OWASP Top 10, CSP, CORS, Clickjacking, Secure Headers)
• Active Directory Security (Kerberos, Golden Ticket, Silver Ticket, DCShadow, Domain Enumeration)
• Windows & Linux Privilege Escalation
• Red Teaming and Post-Exploitation Techniques
• Security Assessment and Vulnerability Management
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, BloodHound, PowerUp, Wireshark, and Kali Linux

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Security Testing, Red Teaming, SOC, or Penetration Testing.
• Prior training or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

CPENT v2, CTIA, OSCP, CEH, CRTP, CRTE, Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
