Corporate Trainer

Fusionpact's (Nvidia and Anthropic Partner) AIXcelerator (www.aixcelerator.tech) Academy seeks an experienced AI/ML Trainer to design and deliver high-impact, multidisciplinary AI education programs through our AIXcelerator initiative. You will democratize AI knowledge across engineering, business, humanities, and sciences, equipping students with practical generative AI skills while serving as a visible ambassador for Fusionpact's mission to bridge gap between academia and corporate world through real time project exposure

• Design and deliver comprehensive AI/ML and AI-tool training programs tailored to college students from diverse academic disciplines (technical and non-technical streams)

• Develop industry-aligned, scalable curriculum ranging from foundational AI tools for non-tech majors to advanced live projects and case studies for engineering students

• Teach practical applications of AI, Machine Learning, generative AI,agentic AI, contextual engineering, and productivity-focused AI tools, enabling students to enhance their specific fields and future careers

• Conduct hands-on mentorship through exercises through collaboration with Fusionpact's AI/ML, Devops and other software engineering teams, real-world case studies, and portfolio-building projects with detailed, constructive feedback tailored to individual learning paces

• Maintain instructional excellence, targeting a minimum 90% satisfaction rating across all training batches through continuous program quality assessment

• Serve as a public-facing brand advocate for Fusionpact's AI Xcelerator, participating in promotional webinars, marketing campaigns, and content creation (videos, LinkedIn posts, featured articles)

• Collaborate with Fusionpact's technical teams to ensure training content reflects live enterprise trends and emerging AI methodologies

• PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative/interdisciplinary field

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML training, higher education, corporate training programs, or industry implementation

• Demonstrated versatility in teaching complex technical concepts to engineering/tech students while making AI accessible and engaging for non-technical learners

• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch (for technical streams) and mastery of generative AI tools, prompt engineering frameworks, and no-code/low-code AI platforms

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and empathy skills with proven ability to simplify complex data concepts for diverse audiences

• Legal clearance: Must confirm that this contractual engagement does not violate existing employment contracts, non-compete clauses, or organizational moonlighting policies with current employer

• Active professional presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, Medium) with a credible following in AI/EdTech space

• Published research papers, technical blogs, case studies, or whitepapers on AI applications across diverse disciplines

• Hands-on experience with online learning platforms, LMS tools, and virtual classroom management technologies

• Prior experience mentoring or teaching college students across multiple academic domains and learning backgrounds

• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or involvement in the broader AI community

• Competitive compensation structured on a per-project or per-batch basis, commensurate with qualifications, experience level, and delivery scope. Detailed compensation, payment schedules, and terms will be finalized in the Consultancy Agreement.
