Job Description
Company Description Health and Environment Alliance for Life (HEAL) India is a mission-driven initiative working at the intersection of public health, environmental sustainability, and healthcare system strengthening. Guided by an advisory board of senior experts, the organization is committed to building resilient, equitable health systems that protect both human health and natural ecosystems.
Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of CSR strategies and programs aligned with HEAL India’s focus on environmental health, river pollution, and public health outcomes. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Delhi, India, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing CSR projects, coordinating with corporate partners and donors, and ensuring programs are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks. The CSR Manager will engage employees in volunteering and awareness initiatives, communicate impact through reports and presentations, and support research-driven, community-focused interventions. The role also involves monitoring project performance, managing budgets and timelines, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to build long-term, sustainable partnerships.
