Senior Corporate Relations & Placements Leader
(Designation: Assistant Director / Deputy Director - Based on Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic professional to lead Corporate Relations and Placements initiatives. The role involves building strong industry partnerships, driving placement outcomes, and enhancing employer engagement across multiple academic disciplines.
The ideal candidate should possess deep industry connections, leadership capability, and a proven track record in campus placements, corporate outreach, and talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Engagement & Relationship Management
- Develop and strengthen relationships with top recruiters across sectors (IT, Core Engineering, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, Startups, etc.)
- Identify and onboard new companies for campus hiring
- Act as the primary interface between the university and corporate partners
- Build long-term strategic alliances with industry leaders
2. Placement Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement placement strategies to achieve high placement percentages and quality offers
- Drive internship and final placement programs across schools/departments
- Monitor placement pipelines, hiring trends, and market intelligence
- Ensure smooth execution of campus drives (virtual & on-campus)
3. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a team of placement managers and coordinators
- Collaborate with academic departments to align student readiness with industry requirements
- Work closely with leadership for strategic planning and reporting
4. Employer Branding & Outreach
- Position the university as a preferred talent destination
- Organize corporate meets, conclaves, guest lectures, and networking events
- Enhance employer experience through structured engagement models
5. Student Employability & Grooming
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions
- Support initiatives like mock interviews, resume building, and aptitude training
- Guide students on career pathways and industry expectations
6. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain MIS reports for placements, offers, and recruiter database
- Analyze placement data to improve outcomes and strategy
- Present insights to senior management with actionable recommendations
