Role Description

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Zirakpur. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage the entire hiring process—from posting jobs to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, and other portals.
• Source and hunt for active and passive candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic & in-person interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good at candidate hunting and sourcing through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
• Familiar with social media and professional networks for talent search.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings at once.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
