At Ensnacks, we help companies create healthier workplaces through curated healthy snacking solutions for offices across India. As we expand our offerings, we are building a dedicated Corporate Gifting vertical focused on thoughtful, premium, and health-conscious gifting solutions for corporates.

We are looking for a highly proactive and creative Intern – Corporate Gifting to help us build and scale this category from the ground up.

Role Overview

The role will focus on developing and strengthening Ensnacks’ corporate gifting portfolio by identifying products, sourcing vendors, curating gifting concepts, and supporting business development efforts with corporates.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in startups, business development, sourcing, gifting, category management, and B2B partnerships.

The candidate will work closely with the founding and business teams to build innovative gifting solutions for corporate clients across industries. The role requires a mix of creativity, coordination, communication, and market research to help deliver unique and premium gifting experiences.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to client management, vendor coordination (digitally), product sourcing, and strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Gifting Portfolio Development

• Research and identify gifting trends, products, packaging ideas, and corporate gifting concepts
• Develop curated gifting hampers and healthy gifting options for different occasions:

Festivals (Diwali, New Year, etc.)

Employee onboarding

Client gifting

Events & conferences

Employee wellness initiatives

• Work on pricing, positioning, and presentation of gifting solutions

Vendor Sourcing & Management (Mostly Virtual)

• Identify and onboard vendors across:

Healthy food/snack brands

Packaging suppliers

Sustainable gifting products

Merchandise and customization partners

• Negotiate pricing and coordinate samples, timelines, and product quality
• Build and maintain a reliable gifting vendor database

Business Development & Lead Tracking

• Identify and track corporate gifting opportunities and procurement leads
• Build target company lists and maintain lead pipelines
• Support outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with HR/Admin/Procurement teams of corporates

Strategy & Operations

• Assist in developing the overall gifting business strategy
• Help create gifting catalogues, presentations, and proposal documents
• Coordinate execution timelines during festive and high-demand seasons
• Support order management and gifting logistics coordination

Content & Branding Support (flexible)

• Help create gifting-related social media content and campaigns
• Assist in product photoshoots, catalogue creation, and marketing creatives
• Work on branding, packaging ideas, and customer experience enhancement

Who Should Apply?

• Strong interest in startups, consumer brands, gifting, sourcing, or B2B sales
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable with vendor interaction and market research
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentations is preferred
• Prior internship/work experience in a category based gifting, FMCG, D2C, sourcing, or business development is a plus
