Corporate Financial Controller

This is a full-time on-site position for a Corporate Financial Controller at the HO of Aryavedant Public School, located in Agra. The Corporate Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and management of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial reporting. The role includes analyzing financial performance, preparing budgets, supervising accounting operations, and implementing effective financial controls to support organizational goals. Additionally, the Controller will lead internal audit initiatives and drive the preparedness of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing rigorous checks and measures to mitigate risk and ensure operational efficiency across all group entities.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Accounting principles and practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Proven ability to oversee budgeting and financial planning processes
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Internal Audit & SOPs: Drive internal audit processes and ensure strict preparedness and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
• Checks, Measures & Controls: Implement and monitor effective financial controls, establishing rigorous checks and balances to safeguard assets, mitigate financial risks, and support organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA or relevant certification preferred
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
