Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Business Development Manager to expand our Employee Transportation business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new corporate business, building long-term client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B corporate clients for employee transportation services.
- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Facility teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth implementation of new accounts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Business Development, preferably in Employee Transportation, Fleet Management, Logistics, or Facility Management.
- Strong corporate networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- MBA/PGDM preferred; Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
