Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Action Manager. The Corporate Action Manager will manage and oversee corporate action processes, including analyzing and processing events such as mandatory and voluntary corporate actions. The manager will collaborate with financial teams to ensure accurate and timely allocation of resources, maintain compliance with industry standards, and ensure seamless communication with clients. Attention to detail, knowledge of financial instruments, and a structured approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Actions and experience managing related processes
  • Proficiency in Finance, Investments, and Fixed-Income Investing
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and support decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver results within deadlines
  • Experience with financial software tools and systems is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
