We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer In This Role, You Will Serve as an Individual Contributor, collaborating closely with POD Leads and Product Owners to achieve business objectives. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable software solutions within the strategic IT team. Troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring sustainable and long-term solutions. Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to deliver strategic and innovative solutions. Champion software quality, reusability, scalability, and supportability. Drive innovation by developing and integrating new tools and technologies. Utilize AI Copilot tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance team productivity. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: In-depth understanding of commercial trade processes and core trade products (DT, GTE, TL E2E flow). Familiarity with Tread form and Ecrion platform. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java technologies. Proficient in Core Java (Java 8, Java 17), Collections, Multithreading, Spring, Spring Boot 3.0.x, and Microservices architecture. Experience with database technologies such as Oracle. Strong background in DevOps practices and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with build and development tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, GIT, JIRA, Ansible, Jenkins. Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) for building responsive and accessible UIs. Expertise in component-based architecture and reusable UI components. Integration of RESTful APIs with robust error handling on the client side. Implementation of scalable state management solutions (Redux, Context API). Application of secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT) across the stack. Performance optimization through lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient asset management. Development of unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components. Adherence to consistent coding standards and style guides. Commitment to responsive design and accessibility best practices. Automation of front-end build and deployment processes (Webpack, CI/CD pipelines).
