Copywriter

We are looking for a Punjabi Copywriter with minimum 2+ years of experience to create impactful multilingual content across digital and public communication platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex information into citizen-first messaging and create engaging content in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Write platform-specific copy including captions, scripts, X posts, WhatsApp messages, and story text
• Produce content in Punjabi, Hindi, and English while ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy
• Develop scripts for short-form videos, reels, and animation explainers
• Generate original POV content for X (target: 100 posts/month) and support all platform copy requirements
• Maintain a content bank of approved messaging, FAQs, and citizen query responses
• Proofread and fact-check all health-related content; flag inaccuracies to the PM before publishing

Execution Ownership

• Deliver multilingual content across Punjabi, Hindi, and English platforms

Outcome Ownership

Drive measurable improvement in:

• Content clarity and reduction in confusion-related queries
• 2+ years of experience in copywriting/content writing/social media communication
• Strong command of Punjabi (Gurmukhi), Hindi, and English
• Understanding of digital platforms, internet culture, and social media trends
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences
• Experience in public communication, healthcare, governance, or social impact campaigns is a plus
