Job Title: Copilot Studio Developer Location: Gurugram Department: AI & Automation / Product / Innovation Job Type: Full-time ? Key Responsibilities Copilot Development: Build and configure custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Design conversational flows, prompts, and adaptive cards for engaging user experiences. Integration & Automation: Connect copilots to enterprise data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, etc.). Implement Power Automate flows and connectors for backend processes. AI & NLP Optimization: Fine-tune prompts and responses for accuracy and relevance. Leverage generative AI capabilities for advanced scenarios. Testing & Deployment: Conduct functional and user acceptance testing. Deploy copilots across Microsoft Teams, web, and other channels. Governance & Security: Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance policies. Implement role-based access and monitoring. Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio , Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Strong understanding of Conversational AI , Prompt Engineering , and Generative AI concepts . Familiarity with Dataverse , Azure services , and API integrations . Proficiency in JSON , Adaptive Cards , and basic scripting (Power Fx or similar). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ?
