Conversion Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Conversion Officer with experience in the overseas education industry. The candidate should have knowledge of the complete study abroad application process — from application to enrolment — for destinations including the UK, Canada, USA, Germany, and Europe.

Location: Chnadigarh

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and partner queries efficiently.
• Convert university offers into successful enrolments.
• Guide partners and students regarding applications, offers, and next steps.
• Manage the complete application process from application till enrolment.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain daily reports, trackers, and application records.
• Support visa documentation and process guidance for UK, Canada, USA, Germany, and Europe.
• Draft professional emails, follow-ups, and responses to queries.
• Stay updated with admission requirements and visa policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in overseas education or admissions.
• Good understanding of study abroad applications and enrolment processes.
• Knowledge of study visa requirements for major destinations.
• Experience in partner handling, counselling support, and lead conversion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and follow-ups efficiently.
• Good coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
